A: The process is very simple. Bring your item to us and we will appraise it while you wait, the same day or next day.

A: Most items cost $65.00 to appraise. More difficult items or special requests are priced accordingly.

Our customers appreciate that our appraiser is IN HOUSE—available 6 days a week! Most jewelry stores have an appraiser visit their store once per month. At DND Jewelers, we accommodate to your schedule not the other way around.

A: We recommend appraising any item over $500.00 We will advise you on what we think should and should not be appraised.

A: Contact your insurance provider and arrange a method to submit the insurance appraisal to them.

Q: What’s included in the price of the appraisal?

A: You will receive two copies of the appraisal and your item will be thoroughly cleaned. In addition to providing you with a paper copy, we will store an electronic record for ease of updating in the future.

Q: Do I have to leave my item with you?

A: No. Unless you want to.

Q: Do you provide a picture of the item?

A: We provide pictures of your item only upon request; we could provide a digital picture at no additional cost.
